My Bio
I'm a full time graphic designer, part time graffiti artist based out of San Diego, CA.
I started stenciling when I moved to San Diego out of some weird need for artistic expression. For those who haven't visited the city, it is a beautiful place with a lacking artistic & cultural scene. Since I've moved here, I've been participating in whatever events I can to further a semi-unified artistic and literary identity for the city.
I'm now the lead graphic designer at a firm downtown.

So this piece was stolen off my front yard...

It was on a 3x6.5 ft slab of meshed concrete.
... I'm actually kind of stoked. The damn thing was 80lbs or more, so whoever it was that liked it, actually liked it enough to break into a locked gate and lug a big slab of concrete with my work to wherever.
Also, its been out there for maybe 2 years, so I'm glad it found a good home. This only inspires me to make more "large scale" pieces.

Hi guys,
What thickness of Acetate (or similar plastic sheeting) do yall use?
I've been planning out a stencil, and I was thinking about how much I want this one to last. I've always liked using cardstock, cause it keeps me from using the same tired stencil over and over and lets me retire things relatively quickly, but some things are awesome enough to keep forever.
